After a success maiden visit to Japan last year, the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship is back and this time it’s a double header on the streets of Tokyo!
The event will once again serve as Nissan’s Formula E Team’s home E-Prix, as the sole Japanese manufacturer in the series. The 2.582-kilometer circuit surrounds the largest venue in Japan, the Tokyo International Exhibition Center, or Tokyo Big Sight, on the bustling Tokyo waterfront. It features a tight and technical first sector, which leads into more open second and third sectors with overtaking opportunities down three main straights.
During the inaugural visit in 2024, Oliver Rowland took pole position with a stunning lap, and then went onto finish second clinching an amazing podium for the team in their first home E-Prix.
